Vorwort

Diese Ausgabe von ECSync! ist eine voll funktionsfhige Version. Sie drfen dieses Programm 30 Tage ausprobieren und testen. Nach diesem Zeitraum mssen Sie entweder die Software registrieren und die Registrierungsgebhr bezahlen oder die Verwendung einstellen und die Software vollstndig von Ihrer Festplatte lschen (deinstallieren) und alle Kopien zerstren.

Das Programm und seine Dokumentation werden ohne jegliche Gewhrleistung und ohne besonderen Verwendungszweck vertrieben.

Als Teil des Installierungsvorgangs werden Sie gefragt, ob Sie die Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung akzeptieren. Diese Vereinbarung ist ein rechtsgltiger Vertrag, der die Lizenzbedingungen und Gewhrleistung fr diese Software und die dazugehrende Dokumentation zwischen Ihnen und EUROCOMP Thomas A. Osthege regelt. Bitte lesen Sie die Vereinbarung sorgfltig bevor Sie die Software installieren und einsetzen. Die Verwendung des Begriffs Software in dieser Vereinbarung bezieht sich auf jede mit diesen Bedingungen ausgelieferte Software und Dokumentation.

Wenn Sie mit den Bedingungen nicht einverstanden sind, mssen Sie alle Kopien der Software unverzglich lschen und zerstren.

Versionen der Software

Die Software ist in einer kommerziellen und Probierversion erhltlich. Beide Versionen unterliegen den Bedingungen dieser Vereinbarung. Die kommerzielle Version darf nur gegen Zahlung der Registrierungsgebhr verwendet werden. Die Probierversion ist keine kostenlose Software und darf nicht lnger als 30 Tage nach der Installierung ausprobiert und getestet werden. Wenn Sie sich nach diesem Zeitraum entscheiden, die Registrierungsgebhr nicht zu zahlen, mssen Sie die Verwendung der Software einstellen und die Software vollstndig von Ihrer Festplatte lschen (deinstallieren) und alle Kopien zerstren.

MIT DER BESTELLUNG, DEM HERUNTERLADEN ODER INSTALLIEREN IRGENDEINER VERSION DIESER SOFTWARE ERLREN SIE SICH MIT DIESEN BEDINGEN EINVERSTANDEN.

Lizenz

Diese Software darf auf bis zu drei Computersystemen fr private Verwendung unbegrenzt eingesetzt werden, vorausgesetzt diese Computer gehren dem Lizenznehmer. Die kommerzielle Verwendung ist auf zwei Computersysteme beschrnkt. Die Software ist an den Namen und die Organisation des Lizenznehmers gebunden, so wie beides whrend der Registrierung eingegeben wurde. Diese Lizenz ist nicht bertragbar.

Fr die jedes weitere Computersystem ist eine weitere Registrierungsgebhr fllig.

Die Software und Dokumentation unterliegen dem Urheberrecht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland und internationalen Urheberrechtsvereinbarungen. Die Verletzung des Urheberrechts wird sowohl zivilrechtlich aus strafrechtlich verfolgt. Das Kopieren dieser Software ist nur zu Sicherungszwecken erlaubt.

Haftungsbeschrnkung

IN KEINEM FALL HAFTET EUROCOMP FR IRGENDWELCHE DIREKTEN UND INDIREKTEN SCHDEN, DIE DURCH DIE SOFTWARE VERURSACHT SEIN KNNTEN. DIES GILT AUCH FR DEN VERLUST VON DATEN JEGLICHER ART. JEGLICHE WEITERGEHENDE HAFTUNG IST IN IHRER HHE AUF DIE HHE DER REGISTRIERUNGSGEBHR DIESER SOFTWARE BESCHRNKT, DIE SIE AN EUROCOMP GEZAHLT HABEN.

Preface

This edition of ECSync! is a fully functional version. You may try and test this program for a period of 30 days. After this trial period you are required either to register this software and pay the registration fee or to stop using it and delete (uninstall) it completely from your hard disk.

The program and its documentation is distributed as is, without any implied warranties and/or intended purpose.

Important notice

As part of the installation process you will be asked to accept the terms of this agreement. This agreement is a legal contract that specifies the terms of the license and warranty limitation between you and EUROCOMP Thomas A. Osthege for this software and related documentation. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before installing or using the software. As used in this License Agreement, the term "Software" means the software included in the installation program provided with this License Agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, promptly delete and destroy all copies of the software and related documentation in your possession.

Versions of the software

This software is available in a commercial and an evaluation version. Both the commercial and the evaluation versions are subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The commercial version of the software requires payment by you of a license fee. The evaluation version of the software is the only version that is provided without charge. The evaluation version is not free software and may be used for testing and evaluation purposes only for a period of no longer than 30 days after the first installation. After this period, if you do not decide to buy the commercial version of the software, you are required to promptly delete and destroy all copies of the software and related documentation in your possession.

UPON ORDERING, DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR UNENCRYPTING ANY VERSION OF THE SOFTWARE, YOU ARE REAFFIRMING THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

License to Use

One copy of the software may be used by multiple people non-simultaneously on up to three private used workstations, as long as each of them belongs to the licensee. The commercial use of of this software is limited to two workstations. The software is bound to the name and organization of the licensee as entered during the registration process. This license cannot be transferred.

For each additional workstation an additional license fee must be paid.

The software and documentation are protected by the copyright laws of the Federal Republic of Germany and international treaty provisions. There are severe penalties, both civil and criminal, for copyright infringement. You may not copy all or any part of the software or related documentation, except that you may make a copy of the software solely for backup or archival purposes.

Limitation on Liability

IN NO CASE SHALL EUROCOMP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOSS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS OR THE INABILITY TO USE EQUIPMENT OR ACCESS DATA, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE BASED UPON A BREACH OF EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THIS IS TRUE EVEN IF EUROCOMP IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO CASE WILL EUROCOMPs LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF THE LICENSE FEE ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU TO EUROCOMP.
